NAB – Las Vegas, NV (April 20, 2009) To commemorate the fifth anniversary of the introduction of the ImageServer 2000 at NAB 2004, 360 Systems announces two new upgraded configurations of this classic server, featuring double the storage capacity and a significantly lower price.
The MAXX-1000 features four terabytes of RAID-5 protected storage, delivering 440 hours of programming capacity at 12 Mb; while the MAXX-500 provides 220 hours. Both models include advanced production and control software, and a new directory format that allows creation of folders and sub-folders in the server database.
“Our standard-definition servers are a first choice for broadcast and ProAV users, because of proven reliability and price/performance,” said Jim Peacher, director of broadcast sales for 360 Systems. “These upgrades and price reductions underscore that we are the most practical choice for the reliability and quality broadcasters need.”
360 Systems Broadcast Video Products will be exhibited at NAB in North Hall # N-4120.
